Our kitchen is small, but with an abundance of light, as the windows face the sunny side. I wanted to make it as light and airy as possible. When the designers suggested abandoning the upper cabinets, at first the idea seemed like a gamble, despite all its attractiveness.

The upper facades always make the interior heavier and the small room becomes even smaller. If you remove half of the useful space of the cabinets, then where do you put the kitchen utensils? But in the end everything worked out the best way. Kitchen price - 170 thousand. rubles.

The rails over the working area and the table top "took over" some of the dishes and other things. The chrome-plated metal tubes completely occupy the main wall and look very stylish.

For the convenience of working on the countertop, sconces with a directed light flux were installed on both sides of the hood. And now in the evening they are an additional source of illumination.

Near the window we have a tall glass case without doors. Its back wall is mirrored, and the shelves are glass. All the dishes in the house fit there, and the mirror gave the effect of depth, which is important for a small room.

There used to be a refrigerator in place of a tall pencil case. I had to puzzle a little over its further placement, but in the new place the kitchen only benefited from this. The refrigerator was placed near the sink.

The only drawback is that two people cannot open the refrigerator and wash the dishes at the same time. But this is nothing compared to the fact that we now have 2 tall cabinets in the room (pencil case and refrigerator), where everything you need is placed. The place under the sink is also not empty. We installed a "magic corner" in it - a retractable mechanism that made it possible to use this hard-to-reach place. And in an uncomfortable corner on the countertop there is a microwave oven.

In the evening, artificial light helps to delimit the space into zones. We have a chandelier with a lampshade above the dining table. It is light on the outside (to blend in with the overall style), and orange on the inside. In the evening, this light creates incredibly warm lighting and the kitchen takes on a cozy look.

And for permanent use, we have a chrome-plated 5-arm chandelier that gives plenty of light.

The facades of the Spanish manufacturer ALVIC are made of MDF coated with UV varnish (gloss white). The varnish is subsequently polished and the slabs become perfectly smooth and even.

The aluminum profile of the Italian company GOLA is also glossy white. It does not break the clear lines of the headset, is reliable in use and does not leave fingerprints on it.

I had to cut part of the headset into the windowsill. The line of the table top continues on top of it, and the section itself goes under the window. It does not open to its full width, but we have extended the lower cabinets a little.

White top in HPL (high pressure plastic). It is in harmony with the color of the entire interior and has a rear protection against hydrothermal effects.

All the fittings in the wardrobes are from Blum. These are TANDEMBOX, which can withstand heavy loads and LEGRABOX (top boxes with thin sides). All of them are wear-resistant, slide smoothly and close silently.

In continuation of the roof rails and other chrome-plated details of the interior, a tall German Frap mixer with a swing tap underneath is installed. It has a built-in water filter and aerator.
